The cost of the tour does not include a motorcycle

NorthStar customers are free to use their own motorcycle or take advantage of the great 10% discount for NorthStar customers at Dubbelju Motorcycle Rentals in San Francisco. Please see our FAQ for more information.

For those using a coupon code for a discount on a tour, please be aware that only one coupon may be used per booking.

Refund/Exchange Policy

At NorthStar, we understand that things happen and you can't always follow the plans you make. We've attempted to come up with a cancellation policy that's fair to both our guests and to NorthStar. Our policy is as follows:

You may always exchange your reservation for a reservation on another date without penalty. You will be responsible for paying any difference in tour price.

All money paid by you is fully refundable if the booking is canceled more than 30 days before the tour.

If you cancel within 30 days of your tour, NorthStar is entitled to keep 15% of the cost of your tour.

However, NorthStar will maintain a waiting list for each tour. If we can find a replacement for you from that list, we'll gladly refund the full amount that you've paid, even if you cancel with less than 30 days notice.

Also, your booking is fully transferable subject to all terms and conditions of your motorcycle rental and of NorthStar Moto Tours. So if you can find a replacement for yourself, you can cancel at any time and receive a full refund.

So if you cancel, the only way you'll lose money is if you cancel within 30 days and we can't find a replacement and you can't find one either. And even then you're only on the hook for 15%.

Privacy Policy

NorthStar Moto Tours will never share your personal information with anyone unless it's necessary for your tour reservation (examples include hotel reservations included in your tour that may require us to furnish your name, address, etc).

All credit card transactions through this website are encrypted and handled via a secure connection.
